John Patrick Mucklestone

I have used John and referred John to friends, family and work colleagues since the early 90's, after a neighbor referred him to me when I got a speeding ticket. He has always been effective and efficient and I have never gotten any negative feedback. On one occasion I referred a neighbor to John... who had a DUI arrest. Obviously, there is much more interaction required with your attorney on such a serious offence. Bottom line, my neighbor was very pleased with the ultimate outcome of that case and the communication John provided throughout the process.

Having a household which at times had five drivers behind the wheel, traffic violations were unavoidable. John is an amazing attorney! Extremely efficient and knowledgeable. He represented me and the verdict came back not guilty in a DUI trial. I can not say how dependable John is. First off, I met John Mucklestone at a courtroom for a bunch of traffic related problems that were costing me about $800.00. I went to the courtroom with my father when I was about 16 years old and saw John dismiss about 14 traffic tickets in a row!!! Lol. I looked at my father and said go catch that... guy on the way out! So my father did in the hallway, John came back and miraculously got my ticket dismissed too. You could just see this guy was the man. Since then he has gotten me out of countless traffic related problems and had a DUI reduced to a NEG1. All around a solid good guy. I recommend him to anyone.

I was introduced to John through a fomer girlfriend about 14 years ago when I was charged with a DUI. He had her DUI dismissed hence the recommendation. This first DUI went to a jury trial in Seattle. I was found not guilty of DUI and also the failure to stop which led to the arrest. Afte...r a few years, I found myself being pulled over and again charged with DUI. This time, the case was dismissed prior to even going to trial as my rights were violated at some point. I stayed out of trouble for a while longer but was pulled over again and charged with DUI. I had some things going on in my life that required more attention and decided to plead guilty to a Reckless Driving. I'm sure I could have done better had I decided to fight this. Finally in 2007, I again was charged with DUI. The first trial ended in a hung jury so we went back for another trial and I was again, found to be not guilty. That's 3 out of 4 he beat for me. I would highly recommend John.
