Jim Holland represented us in a contentious, politically visible real estate contracts case. Prior to this, we had no personal or professional experience with Jim. He was professional all times, knowledgeable of related cases which supported our position. He initially won a summary judgment which ...was a crucial point in the eventual outcome of this case. Throughout the trial he was extremely well prepared, including graphics to illustrate critical points. While this case was finally decided at the state appeals level, Jim's work and cooperation with our appeals attorney provided a sound basis for our eventually prevailing. The plaintiff appealed to the state Supreme Court and this action was denied. We were pleased with Jim's performance as our primary attorney. He did an excellent job with the 7 depositions and was able to point to discrepancies in testimony of 5 of these individuals versus their depositions.
