I was referred to Mr. Hopkins by some colleagues at work. couldn't be happier! he got my ticket dismissed for a right turn on red though it wasn't actually red. Inspite of warning me ahead of time that Kirkland tickets are hard to get dismissed, he actually pulled this one out of a hat and I couldn't... be happier.

I got a speeding ticket (32 over 20) in a school zone(after 9 am) near Kirkland where the speeding signs was literally hidden behind tree leaves. The road I joined from was T-Join where the speed was 35 mph and the cop was sitting right close to the T-Join which makes the ticket arguable. I did expla...in the Officer that I did not know there was a school zone and didn't see the signs.
