I have hired Fred to represent me for a dozen traffic tickets over the year, ranging from speeding to negligent. For each one, he provided a shockingly accurate prognosis as to the outcome of the case. In each one, he was able to keep my driving record clean, by either dismissing the ticket entirely ...or amending it to a non-moving violation.
