Fred Hopkins - recommended!

It has been great experiences to work with Fred Hopkins at O’Brien Law Firm. I was caught speeding when I was trying to move from left lane to right so that I would not find myself in line for the I-90 on ramp. When I contacted Fred, he listened to my case attentively, and explained to me all ...options and result that can possibly come out so that I can set the right expectation. Although my case is not complicated (no accident, and I have clean record), Fred treated my case professionally. e.g. When Fred tells me he would call back at a certain time, he always keeps his promise. Michele is the firm's legal assistant and works with Fred. She is the person you communicate with most. I found Michele very responsive and crisp in providing the necessary information to move your case forward. I am happy the judge made a decision in my favor. I have been very careful at that junction since January, and always remind myself to be a responsible driver.

Best traffic lawyer in the Issaquah/Sammamish area!

This lawyer is a magician. I hired him because I got a 2nd degree negligent driving ticket, and he was able to get the ticket completely dismissed for less than it would have cost to pay the ticket. If you ever have a traffic infraction in Washington, Fred will take care of you!

Great service, great outcome

Mr. Hopkins was absolutely amazing as our attorney. He made the process so easy, was very knowledgeable, and was very successful in our case. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends and anyone looking to hire an attorney for speeding/traffic violations.

Fred is EXCELLENT every time!

Fred is the absolute best when it comes to managing traffic infractions. I won't ever use anyone else, and neither will my family!

Excellent work!

I got my first speeding ticket at I-405 near Bellevue, WA. It was kind of stupid, because I was passing slow track when speed has already been slightly higher than limit. I started thinking about using a deferral, but colleges recommended me Mr.Hopkins. So I contacted him and asked if I have any chan...ce in the court. He promised that odds are in my favor and he can take my case. Thanks to Fred judge dismissed my speeding infraction and I didn't use my deferral.

"Mr. Hopkins is a college of mine whom I frequently see in court. I have observed his courtroom work for a number of years, and know his knowledge of the field is deep as well as broad. He knows the judges, the proclivities of the prosecutors, and the law extremely well. He takes great care to address the needs of his clients. An excellent attorney."

"I respect Fred's work so much that I seek his advice and send him referrals for traffic tickets. When I was a City Attorney for Seattle, I knew I always had to be on the top of my game if Fred was on the other side. He does an excellent job."

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"Fred is a great lawyer who really cares about his clients. He is also an accomplished musician and an author. He wrote the definitive book about wills in Washington state (appropriately entitled Wills for Washington). He was a great guest on Legal Line with Bob Pittman (on KIRO Radio) and explains the law in plain English. You can count on Fred."
