I hired Craig Elkins for a very difficult parenting plan modification case. He has been right by my side every step of the way. I had some problems with my exhusband involving my oldest daughter over the weekend and Craig never left my side. He never took more than 5 minutes to get back to me even th...ough it was a Saturday. My case involves severe parental alienation. It has been very emotional and trying for myself and my children. Craig has been compassionate, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable about the law and my rights as a parent. Since hiring Craig I now have my oldest daughter back at home and am confident he will do whatever is necessary to protect my other childrens best interests as well as my own. I have used Craig Elkins twice for family law cases, pretty much back to back. It was one of the most stressful times of my life. I contacted Craig Elkins and asked him if he would help me to prepare a letter for my clients; a young couple with a baby on the way and a toddler that were in a sick, mold infested apartment. Mr. Elkins took the project on himself and would not accept payment for his work. He did a great job aski...ng me to gather special evidence and got everything completed within the timeline that we needed. My clients were released from their lease with no hassle from the property management company. He was very compassionate, kind, helpful, generous, thoughtful and a great attorney!

I paid Craig $7000 too, similar story as I read on other accounts here, and his office basically wrote 1 letter for me and advised me to pay back my mortgage, after telling me to stop paying them so Craig could sue for me and get me out of my mortgage. He agreed he needed to pay back the $7000 retai...ner to me, in writing, but stopped paying after 3 $100 payments.

I followed Mr. Elkins all over Bellevue to find him. Spent the same $7k. I spent two and a half years, 278 phone calls later, all, on my dime. Eight different bank managers. He did nothing with one exception. He told me,"keep doing what your doing." Sounds like he should have been paying me. I found... all His employees who as well were culpable. Used car salesmen, mortgage lenders all pretending they were helping us. These were non certified para legals. They were fake too. As well all the office help were either losing their hone and filing bankruptcy. Hmm! I will continue to keep up the pressure, and yes, I will get my money back!!
