Craig Richard Elkins

I hired Craig Elkins for a very difficult parenting plan modification case. He has been right by my side every step of the way. I had some problems with my exhusband involving my oldest daughter over the weekend and Craig never left my side. He never took more than 5 minutes to get back to me even th...ough it was a Saturday. My case involves severe parental alienation. It has been very emotional and trying for myself and my children. Craig has been compassionate, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable about the law and my rights as a parent. Since hiring Craig I now have my oldest daughter back at home and am confident he will do whatever is necessary to protect my other childrens best interests as well as my own. On top of everything his fees for service are incredibly reasonable. I couldn't be happier with my choice.

I contacted Craig Elkins and asked him if he would help me to prepare a letter for my clients; a young couple with a baby on the way and a toddler that were in a sick, mold infested apartment. Mr. Elkins took the project on himself and would not accept payment for his work. He did a great job aski...ng me to gather special evidence and got everything completed within the timeline that we needed. My clients were released from their lease with no hassle from the property management company. He was very compassionate, kind, helpful, generous, thoughtful and a great attorney!

I gave this Mr Elkins and at the time his buisness Magnum Law Group $7,000 to do a job for me. After a month of waiting i went to his office to check on my progress and they had closed up! what a sinking feeling in my stomach! I tracked down Mr. Elkins via the world wide web and it turns out he liv...es in a nice big house about 15 minutes from my apartment. After multiple e-mails and sob stories saying he's broke and going to file bankruptcy we signed agreement saying Mr. Elkins will pay me half of the amount only. He told me if he files bankruptcy i would get nothing, so i took the offer. i watch Mr. Elkins through facebook going on vacations and winning golf tournaments for 6 months. Not once replying to my calls or e-mails to him. I contacted the WSBA and after multiple letters i got his licence suspended then i took him to small claims court and WON!! of course to date he still has NOT paid up. Hopefully the Bar Association will keep his licence indefinitely suspended so he cant rip off anyone else.
