Craig Richard Elkins

I gave this Mr Elkins and at the time his buisness Magnum Law Group $7,000 to do a job for me. After a month of waiting i went to his office to check on my progress and they had closed up! what a sinking feeling in my stomach! I tracked down Mr. Elkins via the world wide web and it turns out he liv...es in a nice big house about 15 minutes from my apartment. After multiple e-mails and sob stories saying he's broke and going to file bankruptcy we signed agreement saying Mr. Elkins will pay me half of the amount only. He told me if he files bankruptcy i would get nothing, so i took the offer. i watch Mr. Elkins through facebook going on vacations and winning golf tournaments for 6 months. Not once replying to my calls or e-mails to him. I contacted the WSBA and after multiple letters i got his licence suspended then i took him to small claims court and WON!! of course to date he still has NOT paid up. Hopefully the Bar Association will keep his licence indefinitely suspended so he cant rip off anyone else.

We engaged the services of Craig Richard Elkins, a few years ago for a mortgage issue. He took our money but we were unable to ever get an accounting of the funds, a copy of our file, or anything else. After a year of getting nowhere we finally filed a grievance with the WA state bar and they have r...uled in our favor, suspending his license for one year pending restitution both to us and to other parties who had filed similar grievances against him.

Craig did a Pro Bono for my son when my son was in high school. Jiffy Lube ruined my son's car and did not want to be accountable. Craig is a very caring individual. I later asked him to represent me after I was rear ended in an accident. He is currently representing my daughter through a divorce. I... was, unfortunately, rear ended again in March and I will ask for his assistance once again. He is not just a lawyer, he is kind and the way he handles matters shows that he cares.
