Craig Richard Elkins

I have used Craig Elkins twice for family law cases, pretty much back to back. It was one of the most stressful times of my life. As a single mom, my main concern is to provide for and protect my kids. Craig fought for me, but most importantly, fought for my kids. I couldn't be more thankful for his ...caring, and aggressive representation. He responded to any questions I had right away; always within 24 hours. Both of my cases were a bit complex. Mr. Elkins did his research in depth, and explained my options to me in detail. I never felt rushed or taken advantage of ( like I had in the past with another attorney). I can tell you, having an attorney like Craig takes away a lot of anxiety and stress! In both cases, I had favorable outcomes, and I couldn't have achieved that without Craig's help. I gave this Mr Elkins and at the time his buisness Magnum Law Group $7,000 to do a job for me. After a month of waiting i went to his office to check on my progress and they had closed up! what a sinking feeling in my stomach! I tracked down Mr. Elkins via the world wide web and it turns out he liv...es in a nice big house about 15 minutes from my apartment. After multiple e-mails and sob stories saying he's broke and going to file bankruptcy we signed agreement saying Mr. Elkins will pay me half of the amount only. He told me if he files bankruptcy i would get nothing, so i took the offer. i watch Mr. Elkins through facebook going on vacations and winning golf tournaments for 6 months. Not once replying to my calls or e-mails to him. I contacted the WSBA and after multiple letters i got his licence suspended then i took him to small claims court and WON!! of course to date he still has NOT paid up. Hopefully the Bar Association will keep his licence indefinitely suspended so he cant rip off anyone else.
