I have consulted with Joshua Curtis several times over the years since I've known him about various real estate matters. He is always a great listener, wise, kind, responsive and explains things well to me. He's helped me through some difficult situations. Josh Curtis came as a recommended probate attorney from a trusted source, but...his communication was "really over-the-top" bad. I never got any responses to emails or voice mails I left. To get any information on overdue status I had to call the front desk to ask the receptionist to get some help. A... very uncomplicated probate took over a year and a half to finally wrap up. He was kind, and apologetic about it, but then kept up the same 'no communication' going forward. The 1 star rating is for his effort to rectify his admitted mistakes by lowering his charges.

I contacted Joshua for advice on a problem stemming from a property I am currently renting. He replied within the hour of my communication via e-mail and we set a phone conference the following morning. We discussed my options and he provided me with sound-logical advice and recommended a course of... action to diffuse an escalating situation. It was obvious that he took the time to thoroughly review my correspondence and we worked towards a consensus moving forward that has hopefully resolved the matter. He provided me with a sense of security by acknowledging my interpretation of the law, and provided me concise explanations to help me understand my rights under the law. We concluded our conversation with Joshua assuring me that if the situation was not rectified, he would further pursue the matter and intercede on my behalf if it became necessary. He is extremely energetic and works to covey the law to his clients in a way that is easy to understand. He worked through the issue in a logical way and I believe he provided me with the best possible advice in handling my unique situation. I feel confident in moving forward now that I have a sense of security that someone of his ability and enthusiasm is on my side. I have no doubt I will seek his counsel in the future for any situation that falls in his area of expertise.
