Suspended for a reason

Suspended. Reprimanded. Delays cases for personal interest — check how many multi year cases. Uses ability to practice law for own gain and bullying. Should not be allowed to practice.

Nightmare

Had a frivolous lien on my property- something that should have been easy to figure out . Gave this so called lawyer $5300 . And had to figure out how to get the lien off myself- because he wouldn’t or couldn’t figure out his job. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN YOU WILL REGRET IT

BULL

After many unsuccessful attempts to deal with the bank regarding escalating interest rates and my inability to pay them, the bank was moving toward foreclosure and I needed help that was affordable. I hired Triad Law Group. Chuck listened intently to the details of my case...of which there were many ...odd ones. His son, Zach did an amazing about of back and forth with everyone involved, a huge job for just one case. We utilized the foreclosure fairness program, working through the department of commerce with state appointed mediators which helps to ensure accountability. After exchanging A LOT of paperwork for the loan modification process and sending the package off several times and working with a great mediator I was offered a loan modification with great terms. Mine was a challenging case with numerous oddities, both Chuck and Zach were patient and helpful and navigated a system designed to aide people in a bad spot...but legal help is most certainly needed. I am thrilled that I am able to stay in my home, that I love and that I get to have my life back. Many thanks to Chuck and Zach. The client listed were not me ,from day one he did not disclose his assignation with the bank that were try to foreclose on our home. By the way he never told us the Bank we are sueing were the say on hold the mortgage on his home and business

Eviction

Laura at Triad Law Group answered all my questions, was very fast from when I got her the paperwork, it was only 31 days until we have the nightmare of a renter out. and was very affordable. I would refer to all my friends. If I had this Law group in Texas I may use them and save the trouble.

eviction of tenant

I'm very pleased to say hiring the services of Charles Greenberg was an excellent decision. He and his team quickly assessed the best direction to take legally. And then flawlessly followed through on this very difficult process. I was constantly advised at where we were in that process and al...ways involved in decisions that needed to be made. It was instant peace of mind knowing that I was represented by such a competent professional. I highly recommend Charles to represent you.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"Chuck is reasonable and fair. In a case fueled by client emotion, Chuck was a moderate adversary that remained focused on resolution in a professional manner. It was a pleasure working on a case with an attorney that both respected the professional courtesies that should be exchanged as well as having a deep understanding of the legal issues and value of the case. I would not be opposed to seeing Chuck on the other side of another case soon."

"Chuck Greenberg is my “go-to” attorney when it comes to foreclosure, loan modification, and construction law. I find Chuck to be fair minded, yet tenacious in handling the most difficult of litigation scenarios. I highly recommend Chuck to anyone in need of a seasoned lawyer and litigator to handle the most difficult of foreclosure or construction law issues"

Professional misconduct

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2017.

Suspension issued in WA, 2017

updated on 08/21/2017

This means the attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.

Reprimand issued in WA, 1998

updated on 05/17/2016

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Charles’s comment:

“In 1998, Charles was reprimanded pursuant to a stipulation by the Disciplinary Counsel of the WSBA. Charles was disciplined under RPC 8.4(c) for “failure to reasonably assure his partners conformity to the Rules of Professional Conduct, in contravention of RPC 5.1.” While Charles was a partner at Dan Greenberg Radder, his partners engaged in client deception by having one partner sign off on billing for which another attorney did the work. Charles has not been penalized since that occurrence.”
