BULL

After many unsuccessful attempts to deal with the bank regarding escalating interest rates and my inability to pay them, the bank was moving toward foreclosure and I needed help that was affordable. I hired Triad Law Group. Chuck listened intently to the details of my case...of which there were many ...odd ones. His son, Zach did an amazing about of back and forth with everyone involved, a huge job for just one case. We utilized the foreclosure fairness program, working through the department of commerce with state appointed mediators which helps to ensure accountability. After exchanging A LOT of paperwork for the loan modification process and sending the package off several times and working with a great mediator I was offered a loan modification with great terms. Mine was a challenging case with numerous oddities, both Chuck and Zach were patient and helpful and navigated a system designed to aide people in a bad spot...but legal help is most certainly needed. I am thrilled that I am able to stay in my home, that I love and that I get to have my life back. Many thanks to Chuck and Zach. The client listed were not me ,from day one he did not disclose his assignation with the bank that were try to foreclose on our home. By the way he never told us the Bank we are sueing were the say on hold the mortgage on his home and business

Attorney Review

I recommend Chuck Greenberg. Chuck is a competent, capable attorney. Chuck offers effective representation and candor with opposing counsel and tribunal. I am an attorney. I did not hire Chuck, he was opposing counsel. We've had one case that went to arbitration and I found Chuck to be a capable lit...igator. We have also mediated cases to successful resolution.

Construction Development

I would highly recommend Charles M. Greenberg and Triad Law Group. I have worked with Chuck over the years and have retained him for multiple jobs. I have been a return customer for the firm for a long time. Chuck has been able to assist me primarily in the construction industry, in the real-estate i...ndustry and also to deal with the servicer of my loan on my residence. I have worked as a provider of laborers for 16 years in the construction industry in the greater Seattle area. I provided workers for multiple job sites throughout the greater Seattle area. Chuck got involved to resolve a dispute when I was not paid for providing labor well beyond the due dates of invoices. Triad Law Group prepared mechanics liens against the property owner and the prime contractor. Not only was Triad Law Group able to get me paid within a very reasonable time frame they were also able to recover attorney’s fees. I would advise homeowners, developers, prime contractors or sub’s to contact Charles Greenberg of Triad Law Group if they are having construction development related issues.

Letter of Recommendation

Letter of Recommendation for Chuck Greenberg and Zach Greenberg of Triad Law Group Chuck Greenberg and Zach Greenberg of Triad Law Group are fantastic, skilled experts in mortgage foreclosure laws! After a 40 year career in commercial-investment real estate and past-presidency of three State Re...al Estate Associations and former board member of the Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors, I needed help with my national lender granting me a loan modification. I struggled for over two years submitting document upon document, over and over again, all to no avail. The national lender would repeatedly decline my request for loan modification saying that I did not submit the required documents. After the last denial that I received in April for a loan modification, I hired Triad Law Group. Chuck and Zach Greenberg took over my case and within a short, two-week timeframe; I received a letter from my lender stating that they had approved me for the HAMP Loan Modification Program! It was like a miracle from God, finally being approved for a loan modification on my home that I have owned for 32 years. Chuck and Zach Greenberg made this happen! I am so very thankful I found them. I am also thankful that their fees were very reasonable. I most highly recommend Chuck and Zach Greenberg to anyone who needs help with their real estate loan or their real estate lender. Sincerely, Donald G A, CCIM Designated Broker and Realty Advisor

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"Chuck is reasonable and fair. In a case fueled by client emotion, Chuck was a moderate adversary that remained focused on resolution in a professional manner. It was a pleasure working on a case with an attorney that both respected the professional courtesies that should be exchanged as well as having a deep understanding of the legal issues and value of the case. I would not be opposed to seeing Chuck on the other side of another case soon."

Professional misconduct

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2017.

Suspension issued in WA, 2017

updated on 08/21/2017

This means the attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.

Reprimand issued in WA, 1998

updated on 05/17/2016

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Charles’s comment:

“In 1998, Charles was reprimanded pursuant to a stipulation by the Disciplinary Counsel of the WSBA. Charles was disciplined under RPC 8.4(c) for “failure to reasonably assure his partners conformity to the Rules of Professional Conduct, in contravention of RPC 5.1.” While Charles was a partner at Dan Greenberg Radder, his partners engaged in client deception by having one partner sign off on billing for which another attorney did the work. Charles has not been penalized since that occurrence.”
