After many unsuccessful attempts to deal with the bank regarding escalating interest rates and my inability to pay them, the bank was moving toward foreclosure and I needed help that was affordable. After unsuccessfully working with multiple foreclosure/ real-estate attorneys I finally contacted Chuck Greenberg with Triad Law Group. Within two months, my lender had completely changed their approach and was willing to negotiate a settlement. Foreclosure activity ceased and I retained the propert...y. Chuck was very patient and detailed in laying out the process. He did a great job in stopping the deceptive and unlawful foreclosure.
