"I endorse this lawyer. i have worked with or against Mr. Galloway on a number of occasions in the past, but most of my experience came on a homeowner vs. contractor case where Mr. Galloway and a young rule 9 assisting him brought the case on behalf of the contractor. (I was defending the homeowner.) i was quite impressed with how both gentlemen handled the case. Mr. Galloway was tenacious and he very adeptly handled a complicated scenario and frankly he and his assistant got what i believe was a very fair result for his client. Along the way, there were a number of procedural issues (untimely submissions, admission of documents (timing of submissions, relevancy of documents) that we all had to deal with. i was impressed with how all of these issues were dealt with by both Mr. Galloway and his assistant. As far as construction and contract legal issues go, i would strongly recommend Mr. Galloway to anyone who asks."
