Experienced Attorney

I don’t even know where to start with my husband’s case. Long story short my husband had been bullied by his ex-wife for 10 years (we couldn’t afford representation). He paid $650/month in child support for one child and his ex made it next to impossible for him to see or to have any sort of a relat...ionship with the child. A little over a year ago my husbands ex wife filed a petition to amend the support order in hopes of getting awarded a $30,000 and a $2000 judgment against my husband. She had assumed we wouldn’t retain an attorney and didn’t submit supporting documentation with her petition (which made her look like a fool). Tresa and her staff were super responsive and supportive during an extremely difficult time and beyond helpful with the decision process. Tresa definitely had my husbands best interest at heart and guided us through this stressful and difficult process with compassion. Tresa is a no frills, fact based attorney who will be your biggest advocate. Their response time was unbelievably quick and even with stupid questions (and I had A LOT of them!). Thanks Tresa and staff for the peace of mind!!

A Blessing Sent from Above!

When I first met Tresa, I was a tattered shell of a person, fighting to keep my little girl. My very first consultation, Mrs. Sadler looked at me and said " your daughter is now my daughter", and she fought like she was losing her own child. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and she ne...ver gave up on us or filled my head with false hope. She was honest and willing to think outside the box. Tresa and her whole team took me under their wing and helped me through the most difficult time in my life. Tresa is dedicated, compassionate, and hard working. I was dealing with a criminal case ( not against me) and a custody case, all at the same time. Not once did Tresa or her team ever judge me, but they went above and beyond to support us and help us through each case ( THE CRIMINAL WAS NOT EVEN HER CASE!!), if that doesn't say what amazing attorney she is, I don't know what does. Tresa and Karen ( her Para-legal) started out as my legal consultants, evolved over time into friends and now they are apart of our forever family. We are truly blessed to have them in our lives, in my 100% opinion, I would and could not find a better Attorney.

Family Law Case Review

If you're looking for a Family Law Attorney, I would recommend Tresa. From the very beginning Tresa was confident and informative. Her team worked hard and quickly, they answered all of my questions and kept me informed every step of the way. I had a lot of work to do on my part for the case but the ...expectations of me were clear when given and I made sure I had my pieces of the puzzle done in a timely matter. The price we agreed, was the price I paid. It was affordable and worth the money. Tresa was fantastic in court and helped make it less nerve wracking for me. Client for 18 Months Straight & Continuing - LOVE Tresa!

I hired Tresa 18 months ago to handle all communication between my daughter's father and I because he has been trying to set me up to lose custody. He is a pathological sociopath who stops at nothing to get what he wants. Tresa does not tolerate his antics nor will she feed into his nonsense. She han...dles him perfectly. We are currently in litigation and while I do not know the outcome yet as we have not yet gone into court, I can say that I am extremely happy with the case that Tresa has put together FULLY supported by evidence (no hearsay) and the amount of effort she has put into the case. Tresa will not go into court with a weak case and is very ethical in the sense that she will not say or do anything unless it is supported by evidence. We have had one court hearing in Spokane which she attended in person and she was very calm and carried herself with poise. We won that motion, by the way. I communicate with Tresa multiple times per week and have so for a year and a half. She really does care about the families she works for and she truly values justice. I would never trust another attorney with my case and will hopefully have the privilege of being able to continue to work with Tresa until my daughter turns 18 (11 more years). I not only love Tresa as an attorney, I really do like her as a person and did from the very 1st second she said "Hello" to me. She is just one of those people...I anticipate a great outcome at the end of my case and will be asking Tresa to handle future legal matters as needed. EXCELLENT in EVERY way!!!

excellent, down to earth

I needed a lawyer for a divorce and was referred to Teresa sadler by my ex-husband's lawyer. I had no money, four kids, and was a complete mess. Teresa saw me the same day I called her crying and listened to my ordeal and then told me she could help me. Which she did, and was so honest and down to... earth, I immediately felt a huge burden lifted. She carried out every promise she had made to me and went above and beyond my expectations!!!! I recommend Teresa Sadlet for either men or women as a lawyer. Great attention to detail, professional, and honest!!!
