Thank you Katherine! Thank you Madaline

Although my struggles are not over yet, Katherine got me out of one of the hardest possitions I ever dreamed of finding myself in. She not only edgucated me on the Law but pulled me out of a corner I put myself in. Without her legal Aid, my voice would have never been properly heard. I... paid another lawyer twice what I paid Katherine just to jepurdise my case. Let me just say without this Law Firm I may have never had the glimps of hope, I have for my child now. Thank you Katherine!!! Let me not forget about madeline. She was with me every minute of the whole case. at every hr!!! she was very nice and answered every question I answered! I had an emergancy, where my childs mother wanted to send a stranger out of no where, across states to transport our child... I sent madaline a Email as I was panicking. Wondering if I had to actually hand my child over to a stranger. She quickly got back to me at night time and said. No, you do not have to give your child to a stranger. Unless the BM is there. I could not know where I would be without these 2, but if I had to guess. Without their quick thinking and fast preparation. Probably in a way worse place then I am now. I am forever greatful! I cannot express how grateful I am to have found Tresa's law firm. Tresa and her entire team helped me through my divorce case for the past year and they went above and beyond my expectations. Tresa always thought out the best way for me and my son, and lifted my anxiety every time I talk with her. Experienced Attorney

I don’t even know where to start with my husband’s case. Long story short my husband had been bullied by his ex-wife for 10 years (we couldn’t afford representation). He paid $650/month in child support for one child and his ex made it next to impossible for him to see or to have any sort of a relat...ionship with the child. A little over a year ago my husbands ex wife filed a petition to amend the support order in hopes of getting awarded a $30,000 and a $2000 judgment against my husband. She had assumed we wouldn’t retain an attorney and didn’t submit supporting documentation with her petition (which made her look like a fool). Tresa and her staff were super responsive and supportive during an extremely difficult time and beyond helpful with the decision process. Tresa definitely had my husbands best interest at heart and guided us through this stressful and difficult process with compassion. Tresa is a no frills, fact based attorney who will be your biggest advocate. Their response time was unbelievably quick and even with stupid questions (and I had A LOT of them!). Family Law Case Review

If you're looking for a Family Law Attorney, I would recommend Tresa. From the very beginning Tresa was confident and informative. Her team worked hard and quickly, they answered all of my questions and kept me informed every step of the way. I had a lot of work to do on my part for the case but the ...expectations of me were clear when given and I made sure I had my pieces of the puzzle done in a timely matter. The price we agreed, was the price I paid. It was affordable and worth the money. Tresa was fantastic in court and helped make it less nerve wracking for me.
