Jason was extremely professional, he represented me in my accident case, he kept me updated throughout the entire process and followed through with exactly what he promised. I would recommend anyone looking for an attorney to contact Jason as you will not be let down. He truly cares about each and every case and customer.

Although Jason didn't take on my case, he shared valuable advice with me over the phone and also sent me his book about settling personal injury cases on your own, which I found quite useful in my own negotiations with the insurance company. I believe he'd be a great attorney for larger personal injury cases.

I was injured in a rear-end car accident and my chiropractor suggested I call Jason Epstein at Premiere. The staff at Premiere were very responsive and promptly connected me. Jason answered my call right away. He took the time to answer all of my question clearly and concisely. He gave me additional background information about cases like mine giving me the utmost confidence that I was being well taken care of.
I heartily recommend Premiere Law Group, LLC!

I was very pleased with a consultation with Jason Epstein, and I would recommend him to anyone with an auto injury/insurance conundrum. I did try to get my questions answered elsewhere, but I think Jason was able to see and get to my point of concern fast with exactly the information I needed, because, he met me where I was, and considered issues from my point of view from the get go, and was not beginning by just looking for a case that would suit him. In the short time talking to Jason, I felt very respected and listened to, got specific key questions answered, and felt I could move forward with confidence. Thanks Jason!

In August I was unexpectedly rear-ended and pushed into another vehicle while waiting in line to make a turn. Thankfully, no one was hurt. The two insurance companies used a third-party arbitrator, which has decided after six months not to make any award to either side. I wrongly assumed that the driver who rear-ended me would be found at fault. In addition, my insurance company has let me know that they will not refund my deductible.
More important than money lost is the lack of integrity I see with insurance companies and their decsion-making process. Wanting to press this issue further, I left a message for Attorney Jason Epstein. Jason returned my call promptly that day. He listened to my situation and told me exactly what I needed to know. In the future, if I ever need a PI attorney, I will definitely call Jason.

Jason and his team are great. I had called other firms to help me with my accident injury claim and felt like I was just a number. Jason's team listened well and truly cared to help me understand all my options and how the legal process worked. I recommend reaching out to him if your interested in a lawyer and team who care about the best for you.

I met with Jason a couple of weeks ago regarding my accident. He went over the process and what to expect and was very knowledgeable. I feel confident having hired Jason as my attorney.

Jason and his team did a great job. I was in the hospital for a long time after being hit by a driver; and unable to walk for even longer. At one point it seemed that my medical insurance would be taking my entire settlement due to an unfair law and leaving me with nothing to reimburse all the out of pocket bills. Jason's team was able to work swiftly; always notifying me of news and always asking for my opinions on how to handle matters, and was able to get me my settlement. They did a great job and were able to make a horrible situation right. I truely thought I wouldn't get anything from my greedy insurance company but Jason's team pulled through. Would highly recommend them.

I hired Jason ,when I had a traffic accident.. After my first meeting.i saw very little of him....they had an office around east gate but moved.i went to his office with a question , well the office was totally empty .. I had to track them down.. I was not even informed of them moving...I had several phone conversations with his para legal..Jason was always to busy...I asked questions about what I should do regarding my injuries.I was told whatever you think you need... When it came time to submit my case,Jason told me the Amount he was going to settle for, "not what he was going to ask for " me not knowing all the facts told him I didn't like that.. Then Jason said he wanted out of the case, he said there were questions about it .. And he didn't like to go to trial ...I asked him about the questions he had , " I was under the impression my attorney would talk to me about any questions. which if asked were easily explained. I went to several other law firms they all said that because of the way he was starting my case they didn't want to pick up his mess....So I must say Jason hurt me much much more than the accident did.. I personally find Jason to be a poor lawyer and the way HE didn't communicate with me then drop me so I can't find a lawyer now and many bills.. I find in my opinion Jason to be a poor excuse for an attorney and a man that he stated to me there are lawyers that go to trail and some that don't.. I find Jason is not truly out to help the clients but make an easy buck for himself, and if he feels it's to much work he bails...

My husband and three minor children were involved in an automobile accident two years ago. My husband and I decided to try to handle the case on our own, to try to save some money. Fast forward nine months, and we are still in settlement discussions with the at-fault driver's insurance company. I found Jason Epstein's information while researching settlement procedures online, and saw that he mentioned the fact that he does free consultations. I called his firm, spoke with a kind receptionist, told her a brief summary of my case, and was asked if Jason could call me back later today. I honestly assumed I likely wouldn't receive a call back for a few days - if at all - due to the fact I was interested in a free consultation. To my astonishment, my phone rang about ten minutes later! Jason was extremely friendly and took his time to explain the legal process to me, answering each and every one of my questions. He didn't rush me through the conversation and made me feel like my story was important to him - even though he wasn't representing me (yet.) Although, what truly impacted me the most was his sincere honesty. We discussed the settlement amount that the at-fault insurance company was currently offering, and Jason told me that even if I was to retain an attorney to settle my accident claim, I likely would not get any more than the insurance company was currently offering. He went on to explain the settlement procedure and court approval that would be needed to settle my children's claims, even describing the look/layout of the courtroom and exactly what I could expect. Jason even said that for my specific case, the court process was very simple and straightforward and I could completely do it by myself. I was so impressed with his professionalism, expert knowledge and honesty. (He was really funny too, which tremendously reduced my nervousness.) As a stay at home caretaker of five children, I do not usually write reviews of any kind, because I simply do not have the time. Although I am MAKING the time today because Jason was absolutely fabulous, and I feel like everyone needs to know! :) Even though I will not need his legal representation for this current accident, I will be keeping his information in a very handy place in case I am ever involved in an accident in the future.
