She took on my 2 separate MVAs after I had tryed with no success to settle the cases a on my own. She was keyed into the fact I had PTSD from a recent divorce trial and that I was so disillusioned with the legal system. In the midst of the personal injury case she also helped me get reparations from my negligent divorce attorney. She actually prepared my cases as if we were going to trial, unlike my divorce attorney who was wholey unprepared for a trial. This thorough preparation allowed me to get the best settlement for my personal injury cases and the neglegence case without going to trial.

Roxanne handled my settlement with the insurance company of a drunk driver who hit me on the freeway. Even though I sustained significant injuries in the accident which required treatment for a full year afterward, they would not budge from their initial extremely low offer. I was referred to Roxanne by a friend, and I'm very glad I called her. From the initial consultation through all the rounds of negotiating offers and counter-offers, she listened carefully to everything I had to say, informed me clearly of all my options, told me honestly what to expect, and checked in with how I was doing. She was a very effective negotiator, not afraid to be aggressive with the insurance company when necessary, and as a result won me a very fair settlement in spite of my strong preference to avoid litigation if at all possible. I would definitely recommend her without hesitation.

This was my first time being in a situation in which I felt I needed a lawyer and was dreading working with a one. I was given Roxanne's name through a friend and have since recommended her to others. I told myself that I would follow her recommendations since that is what I am paying for. She was very clear in explaining the processes to me. She took the time to make sure not only were all of my questions were answered but that I had a clear understanding of my options. She also gave care to make sure that I was the one making the decisions rather than her making it for me and would give me the pros and cons of the situation.
Every time I made a decision based off of the information she gave me, the situation unfolded exactly as she suspected it would. I am so glad that I followed her guidance in this stressful situation. While she was extremely knowledgeable she was also honest and straight forward, she wasn't afraid to let me know when she needed to look into something to ensure that the information that she gave me was accurate. While I hope that I don't find myself in a situation again where I need assistance from a lawyer, I would go to Roxanne in a heartbeat. Even if the issue wasn't her per view I would happily ask her for a recommendation for someone with expertise in that area.
Equally impressive to me was that Roxanne seemed to truly care about my well being. She made recommendations that she felt would be best for me long term. She made me feel like I had someone on my side watching over me, not only through her words but her actions. When my work schedule was not flexible, she was willing to work around it within reason to make sure I had uninterrupted time with her via the phone. She also suggested I seek further medical treatment as I happened to casually mention I still had issues on occasion. (The medical care that I had was so successful that later I worked with them to also address other issues that were not related to the accident. This meant that her support and care spanned past the immediate issue and gave me relief for other ailments). I am so grateful that I followed her guidance because hindsight shows me that I did need more medical treatment before I settled. If I had been working with someone else, I would still be in pain.

A Safeco insured driver ran into my wife. Safeco claimed my wife was 10% responsible because she didn't see the other driver who ran a stop sign , broadsided her and take evasive action. Then they offered to pay about half of the $9,000 damage to the car. Between Roxanne and Allstate we were made whole and were paid for "loss of value" to the car.

Roxanne Eberlee was helpful and was able to get me three times what I would have been able to get on my own. She is an amazing asset to have on hand.

If you need a strong advocate with legal expertise and savvy, Roxanne Eberle is the attorney you want to hire. Not only is she excellent at her job but she brings a level of compassion that is often rare in her profession. I hired Roxanne to help navigate the legal/insurance maze that is so overwhelming as I slowly heal from 2 auto accidents. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer. She has taken the time to explain options to me and is incredibly responsive. I was initially hesitant to hire an attorney for my auto accidents but am eternally grateful that I was referred to Roxanne and that she took my case. I strongly recommend Roxanne Eberle.
