Roxanne Eberle

Roxanne is a force to be reckoned with. I hired her February of 2016 and in that time, I not only hired an attorney, I gained a friend. Roxanne was extremely professional throughout my entire MVA case. I was introduced to Roxanne through a colleague who had worked with Roxanne in the past. I had just been burned by another attorney who I'm sure was very competent, but had little interest in my case. We were forced to split when her firm began representing my opponent in another case, and the confli...ct of interest left me back at square one. The issue that Roxanne navigated me through was an embarrassing conflict with a very large company that was demanding an equally large (for me) sum of money that had me on the brink of bankruptcy. While I believe bankruptcy is a perfectly acceptable option for many people dealing with many daunting circumstances, I was hoping to prevent it, if possible, for the sake of my credit-worthiness. Most of the advice I'd received prior contacting Roxanne was to go ahead and file for bankruptcy. Roxanne sensitively coached me through my options, including bankruptcy (which she assured me was nothing to be ashamed of), and after two phone calls and what felt like an extremely short amount of time, Roxanne informed me that not only would I not have to file for bankruptcy, but that she had negotiated a payment and plan that I could actually afford to pay. Roxanne had taken the biggest financial blunder of my life and boiled it down to a minor inconvenience. I should mention that I was entirely at fault in this particular situation which made this an embarrassment that I hated to confront. Because of this, I'm sure I have not been the easiest client to work with. My tendency to bury my head in the ground has been, I'm sure, frustrating for Roxanne. But she's continued to be there every step of the way as this has become easier and easier to deal with over time. When my work schedule was not flexible, she was willing to work around it within reason to make sure I had uninterrupted time with her via the phone. She also suggested I seek further medical treatment as I happened to casually mention I still had issues on occasion. (The medical care that I had was so successful that later I worked with them to also address other issues that were not related to the accident. This meant that her support and care spanned past the immediate issue and gave me relief for other ailments). I am so grateful that I followed her guidance because hindsight shows me that I did need more medical treatment before I settled. If I had been working with someone else, I would still be in pain.
