What an awesome experience!
We were in a time sensitive situation. Michele went completely out of her way to assist us and was willing to review our paperwork and contracts. Her advice was very appropriate and saved us a considerable amount of worry and money.

Replied last December 29, 2010Being evicted from one's home is an emotional event and some tenants have a hard time accepting the reality of their situation. My job is to inform clients of all possible options and outcomes, even if I might be stating the obvious and they do not like what they hear. This client was fully informed, had all his calls promptly returned, and even received a 40% discount on his fees. It is unfortunate that he was unable to appreciate my service, and I am thankful for all the others that do.
