I hired John right after incident. At a first minute John seemed very confident and knowledgeable attorney. I hired him after first face to face conversation. He promised many things that would be able to help to resolve the case, literally in a snap of the finger. However, looking back any case will... take time to resolve itself and I would assume John already knew the potential resolutions that may be possible for the case. After couple of months of unresponsiveness from John I had hire different lawyer that helped to lay out case as it stands. I know how vulnerable person may be after the incident, but keep yourself calm and give yourself plenty options to choose from.

This is the guy you want on your team. He (and his team) are professional, upfront, and dedicated. My daughter ended up with the best possible, overall outcome for her situation. One of the things I found most valuable is that he answers his phone day or night weekend or weekday. No leaving messages... with someone for him to call you back.

John Polito has represented me in various cases in the last few years. While he will not sugar coat anything, you still feel like you are leaving his office with the least ambiguity as possible. As he states in his self profile he has a spirit to do the best and most comprehensive job for his cli...ents no matter what the case or the client is like. I would not Persue another lawyer in the greater Northwest. He not only represented me in one, but three cities. He made me sleep at night knowing I was in good hands. I also recommended a friend to him and the reviews were outstanding. I do not think any person would be apt to have a negative experience with John. He also came highly recommended to Me by three colleagues. I don’t think you could have a better experience.

I received a charge 18 months after an incident that I did not think would even make it that far. I have never needed a lawyer so I wanted to get the best I could find. I was recommended John from a corporate lawyer and am thankful I reached out. The case should have been dismissed right away due to ...the details and a very clear not guilty. The prosecutor wanted a small amount of community service, but required it in a plea, meaning I would have to admit guilt to something I did not do. I feel like the average person and average lawyer would have said take the deal and be done with it. John recommended taking the case all the way to trial, which I felt good about due to Johns confidence and knowledge. We ended up taking the case all the way to trial and and the prosecutor agreed to dismiss the case a week before and the Judge dismissed the case with prejudice.
