Failed!
I hired Jeannie for a traffic ticket. She failed to get me off on a technicality, then recommended I plead to another offense that still put points on my license. I would not hire her again.
Dan's ticket was amended to a non-moving violation that will not affect Dan's insurance at all. His driving record remains free of the moving violation he retained me to defend.

Terrible communication.
I was a client of Mucklestone's. I had a ticket for going 35 in 25 mph zone. Her communication with her clients is poor with her firm not contacting me till the very end where they decided it was a good idea to accept the deal of neglegent driving instead of going on to having it dismissed. This client's speeding infraction was amended to a violation that will not show up on his driving record at all. It was NOT amended to negligent driving. All of his options were discussed with him in advance of his hearing and he chose to accept the offer that the prosecutor made. He did not tell me he was unhappy in any way until this review was posted.

1. Gary's 17mph over the limit speeding ticket was amended to a nonmoving violation that will never appear on his driving record. 2. Gary's case was never postponed or delayed. 3. It was my opinion that because the officer said that Gary admitted to going 45mph in a 35mph, which is admitted into evidence against him, his case would have been found committed as a speeding ticket, would have gone on his driving record and would raise his insurance rates. 4. My firm was successful at keeping this off his driving record.

Dissapointing
I was very dissapointed. She did not keep me informed. I didnt feel as if i could trust her, she wasnt responsive at all and she did not seem very knowledgable. I heard good things but I was so suprised at the bruteness of her. It hurt my feelings. I will not use her again. As the other person says, ...
