Smooth, Efficient and Convenient

I really do not wish to use your service too often but, when needed, I wouldn’t trust anyone else. I am fairly skeptical of many things but Jeannie came highly recommended by a friend. My first experience using her services, I had received a speeding infraction a few days after a speed modificati...on was posted close to my home. I sent my info via E-mail and posted payment via Pay-Pal. Couldn’t be much easier. I questioned her office a few times and each time Jeannie herself responded clearly and promptly. Best of all, no days out of your own schedule appearing in court. Simply a notice of when hearing is scheduled, and a final letter with, in my case, a positive outcome of hearing. I have used her services again since, also with a positive outcome. Again, I don’t wish to use these services often but, when needed, I glad Jeannie is there to help!

Happy Four Timer

I have hired Jeannie four times over four years and have four dismisals. I even hired her one hour before a contested hearing by phone. I have learned to respect Jeannie And her family name. Well done.

Yakima Valley Road

I received a speeding ticket by a Washington State patrolman on the Yakima Valley Road, a leisurely and beautiful drive. Jeannie represented me in Kittitas County and the ticket was dismissed.

High success rate

I have retained Jeannie for counsel on 7 citations in the last 10 years, most recently was in August 2011 for a pretty hefty speeding infraction. What I've appreciated about Jeannie's service is her results! Out of 7 citations, all but 1 were dismissed. I also appreciate Jeannie's level of profess...ionalism. She really stepped up during each each representation. Jeannie was VERY thorough in researching the facts, laws and details around each case. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Speeding Ticket I-5

I selected Jeannie Mucklestone solely on the reviews I read here on Avvo. I had gotten a ticket early morning heading south on I-5 in Federal Way when I was stopped for doing 78mph in a 60mph zone. I did a little research on my own, then I emailed Jeannie Mucklestone. She replied promptly. I did n...ot have to show up for court. Next thing you know it, I received a letter in the mail confirming that she got the ticket dismissed. I did not have to show up in court. What a lifesaver!! I would definitely contact Miss Mucklestone in the future...which I hope I do not have to. I was completely pleased with the results.
