Excellent workmanship

I don't have much positive to say about attorney's in general, but Jeannie gave me a reason to think different. Her staff and even Jeannie herself kept me informed the whole way. I never felt I didn't know what was happening. Overall a very good experience. Bottom line she got the tickets dropped....

Jeannie Mucklestone was wonderful

Jeannie and her staff were wonderful! Very helpful in letting me know exactly what I needed to provide to them for success. Communication during the process was timely and helpful. I couldn't be happier with their service and would hire them again if needed.

Great DUI Representation

Jeannie and her firm just represented me in a DUI case. I had never been arrested for anything, and this was quite a traumatic event. I had used Jeannie in the past for a speeding ticket, and had a great outcome. So I interviewed her and 2 other attorneys. She is knowledgeable and puts you at eas...e. Her rate was better than the other attorneys I talked with, and throughout the last 6 months she and her team have kept me posted on all the steps required to resolve this issue. I was pleased that we won the DOL hearing, and also that my case got pled down to neg driving 1, which is about the best outcome you can get without going to trial. I would definitely recommend her representation.

Saved by Ms. Mucklestone in just the nic of time

Jeanne was a life saver when I thought I was going to have melt down. My son thought he could handle his speeding ticket on his own without advising us that he got the ticket. Until six days prior to his court date, he knew he needed help. I was panic stricken. I call Jeanne’s office on Friday ...evening, knowing they were closed but wanted to be the first call when they opened on Monday. I called first thing Monday morning again still in a panic that my son had a court date now in the three days and I didn’t know what to do. Not only did she take his case on with such short notice, they calmed this panicking mother down. I felt so re assured when I got off the phone with her office, I knew we had made the right decision. She made this process so painless. I would recommend Jeanne to anyone. She went over and beyond and delivered us with great news. Now, I just wish I would have contacted her on my son’s two prior tickets. Lesson learned Jeanne, Thank you for everything. It is so appreciated.
