J. Mucklestone made things simple, efficient, no-hassle.

Upon retaining her for this matter, Jeannie's introductory email and paper correspondence gave clear, concise directions as to what I needed to provide re: documentation immediately and going forward. During the proceedings, I received prompt correspondence from her office in answer to my queries.../requests, and apart from sending Jeannie's firm documents I received from municipal court, there was nothing further for me to do - she handled it all, and her efforts on my behalf yielded a very favorable result. Although this was a simple matter, I could not have asked for a better experience. Her website provides an easy and effective means for payment as well.

Excellent Experience

Jeannie and her crew represented me in contesting my Negligent 2nd degree. Her staff were so much more polite than other offices I contacted prior to finding her. I will not have to bother with searching in the future, because I will use her again if I have the need. I would recommend her to anyon...e, and already have to a couple friends. Five stars!

Hands down the best lawyer for traffic related matters. I am 100% satisfied. It was extremely easy to engage Jeannie, she kept me very well informed along the way throughout the process and she delivered results - 100% success ratio.

Efficient and professional

Jeannie was recommended to me by a colleague who had several tickets dismissed because of Jeannie's work. She and her office were great once things got started, getting everything in order. Had my ticket dismissed. Good communication all throughout. Very satisfied customer.

Top marks for Mucklestone & Associates (100% success)

Jeannie Mucklestone has represented me with several driving infractions over the last 10+ years. Out of roughly a dozen speeding tickets she has successfully beaten all of them. Recently she represented me for a DUI and again her team met and exceeded my expectations (details below). This summer I... received a DUI which is much more serious than a speeding ticket and if convicted the ramifications (both personally & professionally) would have been tremendous. Thanks to Jeannie’s team, their level of detail, technical knowledge and legal experience they were able to get the DUI charges removed at both the City of Lynnwood and WA Department of Licensing. I can't tell you what a relief it was to have this outcome! If you find yourself in need of an attorney that will represent you for any traffic infraction I strongly recommend Jeannie Mucklestone and her team. They are worth every penny!
