Best Phone Call I Ever Made!

Just a few months after he received his license, my son hit a bus and was cited for cell phone use and driving too fast for weather conditions. No one was hurt, but he was totally traumatized and ashamed. I was comforting and forgiving as a parent, but as his insurance provider I was extremely worr...ied how my rates would be impacted and if my son's license was suspended he would no longer be able to attend college. I knew the Mucklestone name from friends as she has handled cases like this all over the state. Jeannie said she had confidence she could get one of the charges dismissed. She appeared in court for my son while he attended school and later that day she informed us that both tickets had been dismissed!!! OMG I let out a sigh of relief that rid me of all the worry that had built up since the accident. I don't know how Jeannie did it, but she saved my perfect insurance record and my son's education! Jeannie's service went beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Keep her phone number in your car!

2nd case, 2nd win

Success, again! This is the 2nd time our family hired Jeannie for a traffic ticket and our 2nd successful verdict. Greatly appreciated that you were so organized and have the process set up to be quick and simple.

A real winner!

Jeannie is professional and effective. I fretted over my ticket and one call did it all! I am so grateful for her expertise and I'm thankful I had her to deal with the all the bureaucracy. She did a wonderful job. And WON!

Teen driver

Extremely efficient, great instant communication start to finish. Driving infraction by teen driver in first 6 months of license was completely removed from record. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again should the need arise.
