EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED

Traffic rules and traffic law are complicated. They are always changing. If one is not current with all the changes that take place in that arena, your chances of success in defending yourself is as good as winning a NFL game, (NOT GOOD). Furthermore, traffic citations that appear on a driving r...ecord affect more than just insurance rates. An adverse traffic violation can now also affect one's credit rating and transportation worker credentials. I chose Jeannie Mucklestone after reading many of the positive reviews and all of the negative ones. I accept the fact that not everyone can be happy with the out come of their case. I read her responses to the negative reviews. I decided that she did the best she could do under difficult circumstances. I liked the fact that the vast majority of past client reviews were strongly positive. I liked the fact that she focuses on one specific area of law. I liked the fact that her peers view her work favorably. Therefore, I retained her to contest a speeding ticket. I found the process to be convenient, fast, and reasonably priced. She had the ticket dismissed from court; I did not have to attend the any hearing. Yes, I recommend this lawyer, and will retain her in the future if or when needed.

Out of sight; peace of mind!

I've never experienced such professionalism and efficiency in my life. I received a traffic ticket that I was sure wasn't going to be dismissed. I had heard about Jeannie Mucklestone through a friend and made ONE phone call. Her assistant Amanda gathered my information, was very understanding of m...y situation, and right there (on the phone) ensured me that the ticket will likely be dismissed if not by one way, then by another. Amanda's not just a sweetheart, she's confident in her boss! I've never felt such relief after a phone call. The amount of assurance that Jeannie's assistant had in her work was a testament to me that I'd be taken care of. And I was. After sending a scanned copy of my citation, and submitting the retainer through her website (which was amazingly streamlined and easy to use) I didn't have to do a thing more. Jeannie and her associates represented me in court without my needing to be present (which was amazing given the fact that the ticket I received was 53 miles away from my home!), and - as I was assured - the infraction was dismissed. Jeannie took care of it all; I received a letter in the mail notifying me that not a speck of this will show up on my driving record, and my insurance will never find out. Well worth every penny of the retainer. Expectations exceeded! Thank you Jeannie, Amanda, and all the associates at JPM, P.S. Attorneys At Law!

The Go-To Lady for Traffic Infractions

Jeannie employs a variety of defensive, technical tactics to consistently win traffic infraction cases before area District Court judges. Her business office staff handles each case very efficiently and pleasantly. Don't hesitate to hire Jeannie -- you will have a high probability of winning ...and her modest fee will be money well spent.
