Save yourself a lot of expense and trouble and hire Jeannie

My first ticket in years. Jamie's team helped me avoid court charges, fines, and forever insurance premiums. You shouldn't have to pay for a traffic ticket for years. I got the news I was hoping for "dismissed." If you want positive results you will hire this lawyer right away!

Not Worth the $

Failed to get ticket dismissed. Full fine, still went on driving record. EXTREMELY dismissive and condescending in communications. Would strongly advise people to avoid.

I wouldn’t recommend this attorney, if you want your ticket dismissed.

I would not recommend getting her as a lawyer, I got her to dismiss a ticket and paid 350$, it took her 3 court dates to get it dismissed. After the dismissal she made me be on probation for a full year and I already was on probation. I also got charged 257$ after her dismissal. After my first probat...ion ended I got a fine of 136$ because of the violation that Jeannie “DISMISSED”. I would not recommend her from my experience, plus you always speak to her secretary and not her.

A lot of money for a poor result

Hired Jeannie Mucklestone to defend me against a bogus charge. I personally had to take time off of work to attend every single court date (of which there were 7 or 8). Very poor communication - I never heard from them unless they were calling to confirm the date of another court date I had to atte...nd. I'm not sure about the reviews saying Jeannie handled their case without them having to appear in court - that was not my experience at all. Case dragged on for a year with no negotiation and Ms. Mucklestone was not able to get the case dismissed. Paid $6500 for absolutely nothing. Would never hire again and would advise anyone in a similar situation to hire literally anyone else. Hiring Ms. Mucklestone made a bad situation exponentially worse.

Look Elsewhere For DUI Defense

Be aware that by hiring Jeannie Mucklestone's office, you are not hiring Jeannie Mucklestone. For all I know, Jeannie Mucklestone herself might be the greatest DUI defense attorney to ever walk the earth. Unfortunately, I spoke to Ms. Mucklestone exactly 4 times during the time I employed her. My ...case was otherwise handled by several seemingly inexperienced junior attorneys from her office. Pretrial hearings in my case dragged on or nearly a year, during which time Ms. Mucklestone's office was unable to negotiate with the prosecutor at all. The initial plea bargain offer that was made at my first pretrial hearing remained unchanged for the duration of the case. This "offer" was to plead guilty to a DUI. Ms. Mucklestone and her team repeatedly advised me to take this offer. I did not, because A) I did not commit a DUI, and B) I did not pay an astronomical sum of money to a private attorney so that I could accept the first prosecution offer (an offer that was so bereft of benefit to me that it would have been offered to me regardless of who my attorney was) with no negotiation. Eventually, I decided to take my case to a trial. Since the difference between the worst possible outcome of a trial and the prosecutions plea offer was completely inconsequential, I had essentially nothing to lose, with the exception of more money, because the initial astronomical sum I'd paid did not cover a trial - that would cost extra (in retrospect, the fact that Ms. Mucklestone and her attorneys stand to profit by failing to negotiate plea bargains for their clients might explain a lot of things). I was repeatedly advised that this was foolish and that I should plead to the DUI. I declined. Almost immediately after the case was set for trial, the prosecution made a new plea offer to a lesser charge than DUI, which I accepted. So, to summarize, I achieved a more favorable outcome to my case than I would have had I listened to the advice of Ms. Mucklestone and her team. I'm not the smartest man on earth; far from it. If I am a sharper legal mind than an attorney, I would contend that said attorney is probably not worth $6,500. Furthermore, since no negotiation took place, I have no doubt that I could have achieved a similar outcome in my case with a public defender without now being in debt up to my eyeballs. Ms. Mucklestone and her team did not help me, and frankly did not appear, in my opinion, to be particularly interested in helping me. I would never, under any circumstances, hire them to represent me in any matter ever again.
