Speeding ticket fixed.
Jeannie Mucklestone made the process incredibly easy for contesting my speeding ticket. Sent her the ticket and court documents. She kept me abreast of what the next steps would be. Which was to simply send her any court notices and that is it. I didn't have to do anything.

Praise for the reprieve
Getting my ticket had taken the enjoyment out of driving. Deciding to fight the ticket turned out to be the right thing for my emotional needs. Jeannie has put back the fun in driving. I am more careful now but not paranoid.

Perfect
My case was dismissed due to a failure to satisfy the burden of proof. I did not even have to show up to court. The outcome was swift and positive; Ms. Mucklestone took care of everything.

Timely, Efficient, Successful outcome
Telephone assistance was cheerful, compassionate and timely. Correspondence dependable, timely, precise. The outcome kept my clean driving record clean. Ticket was resolved before hearing date.
