True, professional representation

I am a professional truck driver, with over one million verifiable safe driving miles transporting Hazmat cross country and local. When the unthinkable happened, on Thanksgiving day of all days, I was absolutely numb going over every aspect of actions leading this incident. Even with a clear conscien...ce, I was issued a citation by the WSP as that was policy for the trucker to be the cited. The Law office of Jeannie Mucklestone took on my case to a successful resolution of being dismissed. I have a lot of pride as a professional driver and know there is a law firm that will really go to the mat for you, not just walk you through the system and maybe minimize your case. This law office will represent you well and I will gladly talk in person about them as well.

Jeannie represented me for a traffic citation, took care of it with minimal effort on my part. Will certainly work with her again and will refer my friends to her.

Look no further for Traffic Attorney

I've had Jeannie represent me on 4 traffic citations. The last one was negligent 2 in Jefferson County, That one was dismissed. Other 3 were speeding and were changed to failure to pay attention etc. Bottom line is none of them went on my record. So my insurance did not go up. No convictio...ns.

Praise for Jeannie

My husband was in a terrible accident and sustained many injuries. A few days after the accident, we recieved a citation although he had not been told he had been cited. I contacted Jeannie's office and sent them the information. The citation was dismissed as the state could not meet it's burden of p...roof. We are so happy and feel very relieved. We were treated with the upmost respect and professionalism
