Prompt, courteous, effective

My speeding ticket was dismissed. I am happy about it. Everything went smooth from retaining to court dismissal. Directions were clear and concise.

Very efficient

Yes, my case was dismissed (traffic ticket), so of course I'm happy, but I also thought Jeannie did a great job of communicating exactly what I needed to provide her office, and was available when I had questions. I also appreciate the extra effort I assume it took to get my case dismissed with every...thing happening during the pandemic.

Communicative, polite, professional and prompt

Jeannie and her staff were top notch! Communicative, polite, professional and prompt. If you're stressed about a ticket, do not hesitate to use Jeannie. It was worth every dollar. She helped my case get dismissed and all I need to do was traffic school. I hope I never have to use her services again b...ut if I do, I will absolutely be giving her a call.

Traffic ticket

Everything was done through email. Super easy and responsive. And she got my speeding ticket dismissed!
