Took care of it; no hassle.

First ever WA ticket. The circumstances were so fishy I considered representing myself except for the inconvenient court location and time. A friend recommended Jeannie. I looked her up, sent payment via her website, mailed in the ticket and she basically took it from there; didn't even have to discu...ss the particulars of my case. She also sets clear expectations about her email habits and responds accordingly. I couldn't be happier with her level of service, professionalism, and certainly the favorable results!

speeding ticket

Got my first speeding ticket and didn't want it on my record. Did a websearch and Jeannie's name came up. After reading all the reviews, I was impressed. Contacted Jeannie on a Sunday and was amazed at her quick response. An attorney friend of mine suggested someone else who was cheaper, but I ch...ose to go with Jeannie. I'm glad I did. She was very responsive and professional. Her office staff was likewise helpful and professional.

Brilliant - Second sucess, well worth the money.

My sons case was dismissed due to a failure to satisfy the burden of proof. He did not even have to show up to court. The outcome was swift and positive; Ms. Mucklestone took care of everything. This is the second case I've had Ms. Mucklestone represent the family and had sucess both times. Great e...xperience.

AWESOME

Paid the one time flat fee, and Jeannie took care of everything. I didn't have to take time off work to go to court, she was very communicative and easy to work with. I will definitely be using her should I get a ticket in the future.
