You are in good hands!
Mr. Phipps has represented me on several occasions in court, without my having to take time off work to be there in person. Outcomes have been favorable and I am so grateful! He has been there for me when I've needed his support, which has been invaluable to me. I highly recommend him.

Got speeding ticket dismissed
Got my speeding ticket dismissed with no hassle on my part. I sent him a check for his work, a copy of the ticket, and two months later the ticket went "poof".

Fantastic!!!
I got 2 tickets in the past 2 months. Andy got 1 dismissed and 1 (38 over!) reduced to not wearing a seatbelt!!! NOTHING on my record. I am so happy with Andy Phipps and would recommend to to everyone!!
