Super happy with the service

Max handled my case on tenant/landlord dispute (myself being the tenant). He closed the case with results far exceeding my expectations. We didn't have to go to court as he successfully negotiated with the landlord. Max was very professional. He kept me informed throughout the process. Effort needed ...from my side was minimal, and I only had to provide my lease agreements. I am very happy with the service and would definitely use his service if a need arises in the future.

Home Sale

Worked with Maxim through the process of selling my condo for-sale-by-owner. Maxim was very helpful and knowledgeable right from our first conversation and throughout the process. The sale went through without a hitch. Working with him was a pleasure and I plan to use his services in the future.

Honestly the best Lawyer I worked with (Part 2 Timeshare)

After having a great experience with Max for my speeding ticket a few weeks later I saw on his profile he had real estate experience and asked if he would represent me to help get out of my timeshare nightmare. Long story, short Max accomplished something that is rarely possible and negotiated me... out of my timeshare contract without me having to pay anything extra out of pocket. Max went above and beyond which I greatly appreciated Max is the real deal.
