After having a great experience with Max for my speeding ticket a few weeks later I saw on his profile he had real estate experience and asked if he would represent me to help get out of my timeshare nightmare. Long story, short Max accomplished something that is rarely possible and negotiated me... out of my timeshare contract without me having to pay anything extra out of pocket. Max went above and beyond which I greatly appreciated Max is the real deal.

Max represented my wife and I, and our kids, in a complex landlord-tenant lawsuit. Max did excellent research, writing and negotiation and managed our case very effectively. We won in every aspect of the case. In addition, Max counseled us very wisely. With his calm manner and informative style, ...he led us through a very difficult conflict with minimal stress and financial cost. Most of all, Max really cares about his clients, and it was very clear he put our interests above all else.

Max has acted as my attorney in King County court hearing related to real property proceeds dispute. It was my first time in my life when I needed lawyer support/ Beyond of all my fear it was awesome experience, Geee! The court decision came out in my favor more than I can anticipate. Max provided th...e total service from the moments he took my case: absolutely reliable, quick, attentive to details and totally efficient. He spot an error in a prosecutor procedure which also helped with the outcome. Max is the lawyer to be trusted. He is willing to make extra step to reach the desired result, and not at his client expense! It's not a fun to be in a situation when you need a lawyer support, but if it will happen again I'll get back to Max service.

My husband and I engaged Maxim Lissak about a month after we signed all of the final paper work in order to purchase a travel trailer. We had no idea that there were any problems until we went to make our first payment for the RV and found out that the bank that was listed as the lien holder had deni...ed the loan. Even though we had possession of the vehicle for over a month and had made repeated phone calls to the dealership, after finding out that there was no loan, they could not/would not help us and would not return our calls. After another 3 weeks, we received a call from the dealership’s out of state corporate office. They were very anxious to remedy the unfortunate situation and wanted us to sign new paper work agreeing to a new set of terms which would have cost us several thousands of dollars. That just did not seem right! We really didn’t know what to do, so my husband did some research online. In comes Max! He took the time to speak with my husband over the phone in order to understand the situation that had occurred and asked that we send him some additional information. He looked over all of the paper work that we had been given and that we had previously signed and then provided us with options. What he did not say spoke loud and clear to us! He did not say that we should just pay the additional fees and live with it, as the dealership had wanted us to do. Immediately after Max became involved, I felt a sense of calm. There was someone to help!! From that time on, Max handled all of the communication with the dealership and the whole tone that they were using with us, had now changed. He made sure that we did not have to pay for the dealership’s incompetence and they ended up paying the additional fees, instead of us! Yay! Max was extremely responsive to both my husband and I, whether it was through email communication or by phone. He never made us feel like we were a nuisance to him, even though we had a lot of questions. We would highly recommend Max to anyone who feels like they were in a helpless situation as we did. It’s nice to know that there is someone out there who wants to and that can help! Thank you Max!!
