Ashley listened to my wants and needs. She asked questions for me to gather the necessary information to create our proposals under my overall goals. She was extremely organized in all of the paperwork and different milestone filings. I don’t normally write reviews, but my experience with Ashley Raymond and Dellino Law was so negative that I hope this can spare a similar woman from additional stress during the most intense and frightening period of her life. I hired Ashley because of her expressed experience with domestic violence... victims and advocacy for mothers during the divorce process. However, multiple grave mistakes were made during the DV protection order and visitation process which I am attempting to unravel now with my new lawyer. Ashley’s inaction, lack of communication, and mistakes created not only additional work and stress but reactivated abuse trauma responses in me when she refused to take responsibility for her actions/inactions and instead ignored my emails and even pushed me to seek therapy when I called her out for not following through on a promise to notify my abuser of the protection order. This particular mistake resulted in him showing up unannounced at friends’ and family’s houses that weekend, harassing me and close friends over the phone, and even involving the police. All of this was avoidable by simple follow-through. I am so disappointed by this (my first legal) experience, and can only hope that I'm an outlier in the firm and that Ashley’s current and future clients receive much better care and communication.
