I’ve used other attorneys in the past with different matters and found many to promise one thing & delivery something else in the end I was only out a ton of money, feeling conned. Mr. Quaranto truly helped me unlike my past experiences, I’m so grateful. He got me the best possible result, wanted... the best for me not the best for his pocketbook, was very knowledgeable on how to proceed and how to win. If I find myself in an unfortunate place again and need legal help I’m glad I know Lance is out there to be hired.

I hired Lance Quaranto to assist me in evicting a relative from property that was a part of my Mom's estate. The situation was difficult because the relative was one of the heirs and therefore part owner in the property (had never paid rent and trashed the property). I had been working on this evict...ion for over four years so that the property could be sold and the estate assets could finally be distributed. Through this very stressful situation I finally had an advocate in Lance Quaranto for my situation. I had previously worked with two other attorneys with no results. We were able to resolve the issues, and my Mom's estate is finally closed. Lance Quaranto was honest with me throughout the process about risks so that I could make the best decisions based on his legal expertise.

I recently had the owner of my house change property management companies, where the management company was listed as my Landlord. Mr.Quaranto was incredibly helpful in explaining my rights as a tenant and how to make sure I had the property management and owner put in writing the changes that were b...eing made.

Very poor attorney. I hired him for an issue that I explained fully, and he was certain he could help me resolve it. Once he took my retainer he slacked off and was very slow to respond. The letter he wrote for me was poorly written, and I had to correct much of it, much like a homework assignment... for a teenager. He does not know the statutes, had to ask another attorney. After several months. he has gotten now where and has become rude and surely. This man is young, inexperienced and a waste of money. Do not recommend.
