Best There Is

I couldn’t have been appointed a better lawyer than Lance. He’s a straight forward, calls it how he sees it type of guy. He took away any stress that I had with the situation and landed it all on himself. Whenever I needed to contact him, he responded immediately with answers to the questions I had. ...Not only does he communicate with you as a person, opposed to going full lawyer mode on you, he also strives to get the best out of the situation you are in. Lance was able to get my case thrown out. He didn’t once try to rush the situation in favor of a plea deal nor did that even come to mind. However, he did remain honest with me of my options if the case didn’t go our way. Which I appreciated. When you’re a client of Lance, you’re a client of fair treatment. You’re not just another name on his list and a easy check for him to cash. ALLSTATE might need to change their slogan soon because with Lance “you’re in good hands”. Seriously, hire this guy.

Responded Quickly and was knowledgeable

I hired Mr. Quaranto to help me navigate landlord tenant law and help me with a difficult eviction. He was quick to respond to my calls and helped me understand the difficult nature of my case. If he didn't have the information, he knew where to get it quickly. I had to hire him with only 5 days t...o trial. When time for trial arrived, he was prepared and did not increase his price due to the short notice. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and will not hesitate to hire him again.

Incompetent trial attorney - should stick to land-use cases

He was the cheapest of several attorneys I spoke to, and you get what you pay for. In this case it cost me a lot more since he lost what should have been an easy case to win since I was in the right and could prove the plaintiff was lying. It seemed as though he'd never acted as a trial attorney b...efore. His courtroom demeanor was mediocre - he looked like a deer in headlights at times, baffled as to how to respond to the judge or what to do next. He failed to thoroghly cross-examine the plaintiff and their witness. He failed to request all information that I had or suggest I take photos which, as it turned out, would have proven the plaintiff was lying on the stand. He failed to respond to settlement offers made by the plaintiff's attorney. I discovered this later when I got copies of the 'Affidavit of Attorney Fees and Costs' from the court. The plaintiff's attorney stated that "defense counsel's refusal to to entertain plaintiff's settlement offer(s), and failure to offer any counter-proposals, resulted in unnecessary litigation and expense for both parties."

Dear sir or madam, Without divulging client confidentiality I can only respond in generalities. That being said, I fully inform all of my clients as to the risks of a trial as well as the chances of success. The ultimate decision on whether to proceed to trial is left to the client and the client alone. I can and will advise my clients based on the facts at hand as well as time constraints imposed by the court system. Above all I attempt to resolve matters prior to trial. Trial's are an often risky endeavor for all parties involved and thus the uncertainty of a trial is often a catalyst for resolution. However, the decision to resolve or to proceed to trial is ultimately the decision of the client. As for your particular case, I am sorry you are unhappy with the results of your trial. Unfortunately this can happen.

Do not hire

Very poor attorney. I hired him for an issue that I explained fully, and he was certain he could help me resolve it. Once he took my retainer he slacked off and was very slow to respond. The letter he wrote for me was poorly written, and I had to correct much of it, much like a homework assignment... for a teenager. He does not know the statutes, had to ask another attorney. After several months. he has gotten now where and has become rude and surely. This man is young, inexperienced and a waste of money. Do not recommend.
