Domestic Relations Law. Mr. Woodworth offers services in domestic relations issues, including prenuptial agreements, domestic partnerships, cohabitation agreements, divorce, property and debt division, spousal support, restraining orders, custody, parenting time, and child support. Services include representation in original proceedings and modifications. Contributing to his ability to understand and assist people in the process of transitioning from a marriage or domestic partnership to the new role of co-parent, Mr. Woodworth is a single parent and understands the difficulty and potential pitfalls related to that process. Restraining Orders.
