John S. Woodworth was born in Syracuse, New York, raised in a family of seven, graduated from Cottage Grove High School (1987), Iowa State University (1992), and the University of Oregon School of Law (1996), and is a single parent of a teenaged child.

Mr. Woodworth counsels both landlords and tenants in all issues pertaining to residential tenancies, including tenant selection, month to month rental agreements and lease agreements for a term, move in procedures, habitability issues, landlord access, tenant rights, notice requirements, tenant self help remedies, and eviction.
