Helped us through a nightmare rental situation
Our landlord reneg'd on buying us out of our lease after we had found a new place to live. We gave Lance a call and he was so courteous, accessible, and made the process feel a lot more manageable to handle. He negotiated a great deal for us, and we could not recommend his services more.

Excellent and highly efficient
