Lance D Quaranto

I was referred to Lance by another attorney for an issue I was having with a violent roommate. I was basically looking for the fastest and least painful/expensive and time consuming way to get him out of my house, and Lance gave me several options. One of which worked better than expected. The gu...y knows his stuff. And I do, and will definitely recommend him to anyone for landlord/tenant or roommate issues! He is a great guy, and actually cares about getting you the best help/advice you need to resolve your problems quickly and easily.

Lance is a straight shooter. He not only made me feel heard and supported, he really made me feel like he was going to do whatever it took to take good care of me. From a DUII to an issue with my landlord unrightfully keeping my deposit, Lance worked hard and successfully got me through dilemmas that... I could not have handled or been successful with, doing it on my own. He was transparent. He didn't overwhelm me with legal jargon. He told me what I was up against, he explained the processes, he shared with me ways to be successful, and I came out on the other side better than when I went in to each situation. Life throws curveballs constantly and after three successful experiences with Lance, I wouldn't dream of going to anyone else.

Lance was a pleasure to work with. I had the opportunity to meet him through an ugly transaction with one of our agents where he was representing the other party. We worked through some hurdles, and even though he was representing the other side he was very respectful and easy to talk to. We were abl...e to get the transaction closed with little delay. I would highly recommend Lance. He is knowledgeable and up to speed with the current landlord tenant laws.

I couldn’t have been appointed a better lawyer than Lance. He’s a straight forward, calls it how he sees it type of guy. He took away any stress that I had with the situation and landed it all on himself. Whenever I needed to contact him, he responded immediately with answers to the questions I had. ...Not only does he communicate with you as a person, opposed to going full lawyer mode on you, he also strives to get the best out of the situation you are in. Lance was able to get my case thrown out. He didn’t once try to rush the situation in favor of a plea deal nor did that even come to mind. However, he did remain honest with me of my options if the case didn’t go our way. Which I appreciated. When you’re a client of Lance, you’re a client of fair treatment. You’re not just another name on his list and a easy check for him to cash. ALLSTATE might need to change their slogan soon because with Lance “you’re in good hands”. Seriously, hire this guy.

I’ve used other attorneys in the past with different matters and found many to promise one thing & delivery something else in the end I was only out a ton of money, feeling conned. Mr. Quaranto truly helped me unlike my past experiences, I’m so grateful. He got me the best possible result, wanted... the best for me not the best for his pocketbook, was very knowledgeable on how to proceed and how to win.
