Highly recommend

Ms. Marton was incredible to work with. She knows labor law inside and out and had no problem explaining it to me without a lot of jargon. I hired her for a gender bias case and she was able to work through the details and explain the law to me while treating me as an equal and a valued client. She w...as very professional while working through my case with me and the other attorneys but was also very personable while talking with me. During my fight against my employer I felt unheard, devalued and ignored. From the first moment I spoke with Ms. Marton she heard my concerns and helped me understand that I was being treated unfairly and was one of the first people in my life who was willing to go to bat for me. I highly recommend Ms. Marton and would hire her again should I find myself in a similar situation.

Best Employment Attorney in even the most complicated situations!

I have been an Executive in healthcare for over a decade and when I reached out to Ashley to discuss my extremely complicated HR experience with my former employer, which included issues like sexual harassment, retaliation, and discrimination to name a few, Ashley didn't even flinch before agreeing t...o take on my "HR disaster". I could not have asked for a better attorney and frankly didn't even realize attorneys with not only her expertise, but her compassion and patients even existed. Ashley is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, communicative, and truly listens to understand every aspect/detail. I could've never imagined that one day I would have such a horrible HR experience with any employer. An experience that would last years and would take a tremendous toll on not only my career, but my personal health as well. Through the entire "battle" against my former employee, it's difficult to express in words just how comforting and reassuring it was to have an attorney of Ashley caliber in my corner. It is because of her hard work that we reached a favorable settlement, and I was finally able to move on in both my life and career. In summary, I highly recommend Ashley and will forever be grateful for the work she did on my behalf.

Work place termination

Ashley handled an employment/termination case for me with great skill, patience and kindness. I trusted her from the beginning and she did a great job ensuring I was compensated and that the issues I had with my former employer were brought to light.

"Ashley is an outstanding lawyer who practices with a wisdom beyond her years of experience. She has strong analytical skills combined with great empathy, which she uses very effectively to help her clients identify their best interests and pursue practical strategies to achieve results aligned with those interests.
