A true expert in his field

Mr. Kresin and his team are top-notch! They are very knowledgeable and to the point in Arizona contract law. I highly recommend them. Thanks again!

Settlement Reached!

David was able to reach a settlement for me when on my own I kept being stonewalled by personnel in higher positions. David started with a 60-day demand letter to this government entity. He followed up when we heard nothing at 60 days. He learned the request had "fallen through the cracks!" He contin...ued to make calls, justifying that I deserved payment of back wages. A settlement finally came, including payment to cover most of his fee. I appreciate that David continued to chip away at what seemed impossible.

Nice Win

Faced with an aggressive former employer, with baseless claims designed to prevent the sale of my purchased company stock, Dave Kresin navigated their persistent delays and we negotiated a settlement that allowed me to sell the stock with the dismissal of all claims.

His knowledge of the law and enthusiasm in resolving the matter was very impressive. He showed exceptional skill in getting to key elements, yet a willingness to d...ig into essential details. Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
