When I got into my car accident, I was in a very intense transitional period. I had just moved back to Portland, staying in an Airbnb, and was on my way to interview for my dream job. I’d lovingly washed my car the day before and was entirely focused on getting there on-time and safely. Yet, there is... only so much over which one has control while driving, and I was rear-ended by TWO cars in morning traffic. As soon as I felt the two impacts, one after the other and the second sending me into the car in front of me, I knew I was embroiled in a true ordeal. This stressful chapter of my life became barely manageable as the third-degree whiplash set in over the next few weeks, and I will forever marvel at my good fortune that my chiropractor referred me to Ben. Ben was very professional and did a great job that really helped me and my family. I was involved in car accident that hurt my back. I hired Ben in October of 2011 and he help guide me to seek professional help. He dealt with the insurance companies, making sure that bills where paid, that I received... personal injury protection. Ben Cox was an amazing attorney. He made sure I knew what was going on and always kept me informed. If I was confused about something, he never once hesitated to explain to me about the situation over and over until I understood what was going on. He made an amazing recommendation for me to go see a ...neuropsychologist and it made such a big difference in my case. He was always punctual at calling me back. If I leave a message, he made sure he called back as soon as possible and likewise with e-mails. He never once left me thinking about what was going on with my case.
