Kirstin L Abel

I am a general civil litigation attorney and managing partner at Bodyfelt Mount in Portland, Oregon.  My law practice focuses on product liability, drug and medical device, professional liability, and medical malpractice cases.  

I have represented physicians, nurses and other healthcare providers in malpractice cases.  I have tried several cases to jury verdict, all in my clients’ favor.  

I am committed to increasing opportunities for underprivileged young women.  Since 2004, I have served on the advisory board of Girl Scouts Beyond Bars.  I also volunteer for several youth mentoring and dropout prevention programs.
