Replied last November 08, 2018This particular client received an unfavorable but not surprising outcome at trial because of the facts of his individual case and his unwillingness to follow my legal advice, despite my zealous representation and rigorous attempts to steer him toward a reasonable resolution. The courts have confirmed to him multiple times after my representation ended that his desired outcome was simply baseless. A fee arbitration panel further confirmed that my advocacy was competent and zealous, and that this client’s requested arguments were unreasonable and not based in law. Unfortunately this client - instead of taking the trial court's rulings, the appellate court's rulings, and the fee arbitration decision to heart - has decided to retaliate against me by posting negative reviews online. While I empathize with this client’s frustration, his expectations were unrealistic, he disregarded my advice, and he does not understand the law, particularly in relation to Veteran’s benefits. I can assure any potential client that, per all of my other positive reviews, you can feel secure that this review is simply a disgruntled client who lacks introspection. I thank you for taking the time to research potential lawyers before making such an important decision.
