Patricia Arjun

Patty served as the child attorney for my children. From the beginning, she demonstrated extremely poor judgment in discerning which parent was manipulative and dishonest, and which parent genuinely had the children’s best interests at heart. Despite clear feedback from other mental health profession...als, she continued to support the manipulative parent until the very end. Her lack of sound judgment and apparent bias have had a lasting, damaging impact on my children’s lives.

Having gone through a nasty custody battle, I can say with surety that two things are true: 1) Had I followed Patty's advice, which was given calmly, was clear, cogent, and was salient, I would have achieved the results I wanted. 2) I have a deep respect for Patty, for the way she works, for t...he transparency she shows, and for the way she was (and is) always on my side - but not afraid to tell me when I'm wrong. Patty is intelligent, wonderful, honest, and diligent. I not only respect her, but I like her. She has good values, I could trust her, and I could run thoughts and ideas by her and count on her honest opinion. Working with someone like her made the process I went through infinitely easier. She knows what she's doing.

Patty helped me complete a Support Modification, with a historically combative former spouse. She understood exactly what I wanted and was able to take her negotiation skills to the table with him, saving me additional costly Court expenses. I was pleased with the experience- which is something rar...e one can write about a legal proceeding these days. I would hire her again without hesitation.

Divorce is difficult for both parties. Before contacting Patricia, there seemed little hope. Wanting to be fair and true to the details of my separation, it was impossible to make unbiased decisions. No decision being made or discussed seemed fair to either party. I had many months of sleepless n...ights and concern about the future for my children, my ex, and myself. From the first consult with Patricia, I slept, and was confident that the right decisions were going to be made.
