I have over 11 years of courtroom and trial experience. I specialize in legal issues that impact families such as: divorce, spousal and child support, custody and visitation, domestic violence, division of marital property, and estate planning. I believe that it is easier to settle family conflicts earlier rather than force them into prolonged litigation. When compromise seems possible, I work with clients to open the lines of communication and advocate for outcomes that are in their best interests. The goal is to obtain the best possible outcome at the lowest possible cost. The longer it takes to resolve a family conflict, the more stress it puts on the family's emotions and finances. I always search for the most expeditious path to successful outcomes in the light of the specific factual circumstances. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors with my two children and my dog, exploring Oregon's rivers, trails, and campgrounds.
