Highly recommended!

Scott Sells, Erin (his assistant) and the staff of Thomas, Coon, Newton & Frost did a wonderful job putting together my application for Social Security Disability. They were very professional and approachable and made me feel comfortable with the process by answering all of my questions and concerns.... I suffer from Fibromyalgia, Chronic Migraines and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, and I know that I would have struggled greatly with the process if I tried doing the application on my own. Before I came in for my meeting with Scott and Erin they reassured me that their office was prepared for individuals with chemical sensitivities, so I felt understood from the beginning. I feel fortunate that with their assistance my SSD was submitted and approved in just a little over 4 months. I would highly recommend Scott Sell and his staff! They made for a very pleasant experience.

Amazing!

My journey with the Disability process started 8 years ago. I was dealt a bad hand with bad representation for the first 7.5 years of my fight! I reached out to a Disability Attorney on the East Coast for assistance and she did some research for me, finding Scott! She said he was a highly recommended... Disability Attorney in the Portland area. I simply cannot give enough Thanks & praise to Scott & Holly! They did more for me & my Disability case in 4 months, then the previous "Attorney's" did on my case in 7 years! No time wasted! I feel completely validated & was taken seriously! Living with Disabilities, of any kind, is debilitating and life changing & they understood what I had dealt with, and am still going through! They were completely and thoroughly engaged in me and my case, and therefor presented it to the Judge in a very clear picture! They were able to discuss my health issues with my Doctors! Not just "turn in" Medical and Mental health records! I asked many questions throughout our time, and they answered each one with clarity & patience! They are just the perfect package.... completely experienced and genuinely concerned to help with this daunting Disability process! He was a gift to me when I needed it the most!

Super Man

Scott and Holly are a great team. The first appointment I had with Scott and Holly, I learned more about my case in one hour than I had in two years with Heatherly Disability.

Excellent Social Security Disability Attorney

Scott Sell was very attentive to my case, and made the process as organized and as clear as possible. I felt like I knew what to expect at each turn. Scott is very kind and smart. He is easy to talk to as well and is very gifted at simplifying the process as much as possible for the client. I would h...ighly recommend him to others like me with disabilities who are applying for Social Security benefits. I believe that Scott's help and expertise were very important in my qualifying for benefits.

Fantastic job

I had a very challenging disability case, since I don't look sick, I have a post-graduate education and had been earning a high income in recent years. Scott did a great job laying out our case both for me and the judge, and following up prior our supplemental hearing before a medical expert with st...rong research proof in support of my case. He was also always kind, patient and accessible through the process.

"I have known Scott for many years. When I first met him, I was so impressed that I immediately offered him a position at my law firm, even though he was still in law school at the time. His work for me was outstanding and equally important, he demonstrated the compassion and respect that is the hallmark of a superb attorney. When he was finished with his Court of Appeals clerkship, an honor few attorneys achieve, I offered him a full attorney position with our law firm. My confidence in Scott has always been borne out by the way he treats his clients and wins his cases. I give him my highest recommendation and refer clients to him with complete confidence."
