One Very Happy Client

Scott has been great to work with, always quick to respond to questions, excellent follow-up, and even better on reminding me of what I need to do to make sure and not miss any deadlines on my part. Any time I checked on him, he always had already taken care of the issue. If I had a list of what ma...kes a perfect attorney, Scott checked all the boxes.

Amazing SSDI attorney

Scott took over my case when the case went to federal court and he was amazing. He was able to complete and win our case after an 8 year battle in the courts. Susan and Erin were amazing assistants in gathering all additional information and communications. Both Scott and the firm are highly recommen...ded.

Disability Case Review

I hired Scott for my disability claim with SSA. He and his staff, Susan and Erin, were professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. My claim involved difficult issues and required 2 court appearances, but Scott understood the legal issues and was confident in his understanding of the legal basis on... how the judge would rule. I cannot recommend Scott, his staff, and his firm enough for their excellent legal services and how it has made a profound positive impact on my life and the life of my family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Scott!

Compassionate and rigorous representation.

Being an attorney myself, I have high standards for an attorney whom I choose to represent me. Scott and his staff were extremely professional, very responsive, and thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Sell to anyone looking for representation is a disability case. I am extremely pleased w...ith both his representation in the case and my result.

Truly Great!

Scott and Holly, and the entire staff of Thomas, Coon, Newton & Frost did a wonderful job putting together my case for Social Security Disability, but most importantly support and assistance with troubles and difficulty AFTER the decision was rendered. They have contacts and experience that is just n...ot available to most firms, let alone the average citizen. They were very professional and approachable and made me feel comfortable with the process by answering all of my questions and concerns. I suffer from Fibromyalgia, Chronic Migraines and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, and I know...

Relationship: Supervised lawyer

"I have known Scott for many years. When I first met him, I was so impressed that I immediately offered him a position at my law firm, even though he was still in law school at the time. His work for me was outstanding and equally important, he demonstrated the compassion and respect that is the hallmark of a superb attorney. When he was finished with his Court of Appeals clerkship, an honor few attorneys achieve, I offered him a full attorney position with our law firm. My confidence in Scott has always been borne out by the way he treats his clients and wins his cases. I give him my highest recommendation and refer clients to him with complete confidence."
